Hi readers! This blog is starving from neglect, so I decided to do a post.

Life has been lovely lately! I just did a sleepover on Saturday night with some pretty fun people. "Jenny Hayes, I will give you a black eye." 

I just finished writing a song! It's one of my first with words. My voice doesn't sound amazing, but I like the way the lyrics turned out. Tell me what you think! Leave a comment!!

drama at the y

Let me tell you, there is drama at the Y where I work. You'd be surprised. The drama isn't with the teen lifeguards or anything like that, it's with the old people. Seriously. I guard for an arthritis class in the water, and all these 85 year old ladies are whispering and flirting with this like 90 year old dude. They have little clicks and they're always trying to get his attention. Some of the ladies are jealous of each other so they don't talk. It's hilarious. You should come watch sometime. 

Yesterday was a fun day. I worked with Jennifer Elizabeth for the morning and we had break together which was fab. We LOVE making Alejandro laugh. :) He's this middle age Columbian dude we work with, and we love him. And I may as well mention that Zac was at the Y as well, swimming without goggles. You go Zac.

So after work I came home and did school for the afternoon and learned about the brain, which is fascinating, let me tell you.

Then I did wii fit. 

And THEN we went to the Blakes house where I got a full tour of Mrs. Blake's Christmas tree. :) And we played wii and I had a fruitful discussion with Caleb about love songs. And then we left for CG.

Let me just say that the first hour of CG was just possibly the most boring time of my life. It was me and a bunch of boys because Jenny ditched for cheerleading, and all they talked about was wrestling. And weight. And food. And wrestling. Yah. 

But then we went downstairs and Caleb and I beat the expert level on extreme boppit, and we played this random game that was violent, but oh so fun, and they Jennifer Elizabeth came back and we played boppit again with everyone. It was fun. 

And then I came home and went to bed and slept and woke up and went to my piano lesson with Mrs. Bollenbach. She's an awesome teacher!

And now I'm supposed to be doing school. I guess I probably should. I haven't updated this blog in a while, wow. I haven't gotten the oppurtunity to take alot of pictures hence the lack of color in this post. Oh well. I'll see you all tommorow. ;)

busy day

So today is a busy day. i am taking a short break from the busyness to post a post. i woke up this morning at 8:30 and took a shower and did my hair-makeup. and then i went to the Demis for math. it was a fun class. :) we played hangman. and then we had lunch after and watched videos of the cc banquet that i didn't go to. then we went to the Lang's to drop meat off? idk. now i am home and in 30 mins, the Ruths are coming to practice music. then the whitpans. and then we are eating and then heading over to the hayes for skit practice. can't wait!!!

life as of late

So my life has been pretty boring, normal, soso. So big news, I SWITCHED ROOMS!!!! I now have a much bigger one. And TWO closets. Can you ask for more? I love my new room, and I still have to decorate it, but that's coming.We had CC on saturday, but before hand we went to the Hayes for cheesesteaks. Now there were alot of cheesesteaks left over because the boys were starving themselves because of wrestling, but it was all good. I really love going to the Hayes, and I really love ice cream sandwiches. Well not really, but I love stories about them. And Mike Lebo. Yep.

Jenny drove us to CC ( She really is a good driver, I promise) and the message was wonderful. God is so good to convict us of sin! Then we went home and talked with our parents, and then slept. I love sleep more then I should.

Then on Sunday we had church and I greeted and the service was fantastic, and then we had a youth meeting. Again, the boys starve

d themselves, so we only ate like 7 of the 14 pizzas we got. Then our family went to lancaster to have family portraits taken, which was boring, but we went out to Cracker Barrel for dinner. It's my fav resteraunt.

A Picture is worth 1000 words.....

So if I had 1 and a half pictures, would that fill the 1500 word paper that I have to write today? I wish. 

So basically, today is crunch day. I have 1500 words to write. And my word count is 0. Goose egg. Nada. So that's that. 

Last night was caregroup. Jenny and I talked about some very funny things. VERY funny things. And Jake asked why we were on the floor laughing but I won't repeat it because it's not blog appopriate. :0

This weekend should be fun. I was supposed to see New Moon with Livvy on thursday, but I can't. WAHHH!!! Friday night we are doing something, then saturday we are shopping, then seeing Blindside with a bunch of people, then to the Hayes' house for cheesesteaks, then to CC, then Bailey probably sleeps over, then church and greeting, and then I don't know what happens on sunday. I think we're having someone over? 

Work has been lovely. Except that I got my soffes stapled. Yes, stapled. I pulled them out of my bag, and they had a huge rip in the seam. So my senior guard, (Dan Saunders = favorite) whips out the stapler and goes to work. Nice, Dan. Oh yes, and I got vat dropped last week. Some guards are not my favorite. booooo...... Oh and I am having an inservice on thursday... I think? Yah.

Well I better get writing. Oh.... and next I'll post on a song I've been working on. Later!!

weekends are fun.

this weekend started out looking fun. after work on friday i went home and found out that bailey was sleeping over on saturday and chilling here on sunday with the demis and the blakes. i was happy. so i went to sleep. 

then i woke up and found out that the demis were going to new york instead of coming over. (thanks guys). no but it was for a good reason. and then i found out bailey wasn't allowed to sleepover. so it was sad. but we went shopping which made it all better. i got a jacket at target that I quite love. and other things. we saw the ruths there. can i just say that i love mrs. ruth?so that was that.

then we went to a play with bailey on saturday night even though she couldn't sleep over, and we made fun of people. "Is that a flamingo?" yes, it was. "i know like the whole stage crew. i want to hug them."  "you definitely should. they're all boys." "fine then I'll just say hello." and we ate crunch bars and drank lemonade. it was lovely! and we took pics on her phone. if you want to see a cute picture of me, check out her phone.

and today was sunday. i went to church early with dad, and tried to help set up, but i don't think i was very beneficial. so i watched the worship band with rachel ruth. then we had a prayer meeting with all the teens. God is so good!! i was affected in worship and the message more because of that meeting. then after church a bunch of teens went outside and caleb played a song for us. it was a very nice song. and then i went home with the whitpans.

and thats when the fun started.

so we got changed and talked and listened to music and ate meatball sandwiches and chips ahoy and then we went out to this bridge where we took lots and lots of pictures. it was a fun day. and i love those girls.

so even though bailey didn't sleep over and the blakes and demis couldn't come, my weekend was still a blast. check this pictures out.

and this week is looking awful. work, tests, extra math, a dentist appointment for a filling, ew. so pray i'd get through it cause it's looking grim.
